2. Provision of turnkey services, from environmental studies and site assessments to hazardous waste site remediation.

Important Features of this Environmental Professional Liability Policy, include:

1. This Environmental Professional Liability Plan does NOT contain exclusions for asbestos, lead, or pollution.

2. Covers worldwide broad professional services.

3. Pollution legal liability arising from professional services are covered.

4. Coverage for incidents reported during the policy period which become claims after the policy term expires.

5. Policy holder is covered for legal liability resulting from professional services performed as a part of a joint venture.

6. Mediation deductible credit up to $12,500.

7. Optional extended reporting period, up to 36 months.

8. A+ rated Insurance Companies available.

9. Minimum deductible $5,000.

10. Minimum premium only $2,500.

11. Covers claims brought in U.S., it's territories and Canada. Geographic covered territory may be increased, by endorsement.

12. No bankruptcy exclusion.

13. No trademark of copyright exclusion.
