Pollution Insurance

            A.. Environmental Insurance Package Coverage includes:

                   1. Commercial General Liability -  Occurrence or claims made

                  
                   2. Contractors Pollution Liability - Occurrence, or claims-made and reported,                                          including coverages for:

                             a. Work performed by the named insured, or work performed by sub-                                           contractors on  behalf of the insured and for whom the insured is                                           liable

                             a.  Emergency response expense

                             b. Pollution at a non-owned property used for equipment

                                  storage while a project is under way.

                             c. Temporary storage of asbestos waste at insured's property

                             d. Haulage of transportation waste by a third party carrier

                             e. Penalties, fines, damages (Punitive, exemplary, or multiplied afforded by                                       law.)

                   3. Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) - Occurrence or claims made,                                           including coverages for:

                             a. Liability for Professional Services performed by the  insured , or on                                          behalf of the named insured by sub- contractors

                             b. Recommendations made for site selection, transportation, disposal, or                                          treatment of pollutants

          B. Types of Companies include:

                   1. Environmental

                             a.  Contractors

                             b. Engineers

                             c. Consultants

                   2. Alternative Energy Contractors and Consultants, for energy sources such as:

                             a. Bio-diesel

                             b. Wind

                             c. Solar

                             d. Geothermal

          C. Environmental Contractor Services Risks include:

                    1. Pollution Remediation or Abatement of

                              a. Asbestos

                              b. Lead

                              c. Mold

                    2. Installation, Cleaning, and Removal of Underground or  Above Ground Storage                             Tanks.

                    3. Clean up and restoration of fire damaged or water damaged premises.

          D.  Additional Environmental Services such as:

                   1. Environmental Assessments - Phase I, II, and III

                   2. Lab Analysis

                   3. Permit Qualifying
